We originally were going to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with some homemade Lumpia (not by my white-self of course). Then Jeremy with the help of a co-worker (Thanks Nicky) decided that we should have some gen-u-ine authentic Mexican food:

Yes if you can tell the kids are eating Taco Bell! That's right good
ol' fashion high class Mexican food!

Jeremy and I had a little more authentic Mexican food by getting Burritos and Nachos at
Cotija Market. When he went to pick them up he said have a good
Cinco de Mayo. The lady responded "I am from Peru...but my husband is from Mexico!" I am not sure why I think that is so funny but it is!

Ha! That's funny. I made chicken tacos and a friend dropped off homemade tortillas and chips. It was great! But your meal looks easier. :)
